Bridging Transitions with Neuroinclusive Solutions
As a seasoned educational leader with an expert background in diverse cognitive and emotional profiles, I saw the same issues again and again: huge gaps between school supports and real-world expectations and how little organizations and leaders understood about the strengths and needs of neurodivergent individuals. Launchpad for Life was born—to close that gap.
Where It Began
The idea for Launchpad for Life started with one client: a bright, capable young adult who had the qualifications—but navigating the unwritten rules of the workplace, advocating for herself with people who didn't understand accommodations and systems that didn't meet neurodivergent needs created so many barriers. Even more alarming was how unprepared organizations were to understand or support neurodivergent individuals in meaningful, practical ways.

The problem wasn’t the people—it was the systems
Smart, capable individuals sidelined by environments not built for their brains
Well-intentioned leaders lacking the knowledge and tools to be truly inclusive
Communication and feedback gaps leading to frustration, burnout, and missed potential—on both sides
Real Coaching. Real Credentials.
To bridge this divide, I earned my ICF Executive Coaching certification—combining neuroscience expertise with a research based coaching strategies to drive both individual and organizational transformation.
Launchpad for Life believes that when we understand our own cognitive and emotional profiles, we don’t just grow—we lead with more empathy, build stronger systems, and create spaces where everyone can thrive.
