Specializing in understanding unique cognitive and emotional profiles, Jane empowers clients to build self-awareness of their strengths and challenges, unlocking their potential to create sustainable habit changes and achieve their goals.
Through her speaking engagements, Jane integrates coaching strategies that allow her audiences to reflect deeply, build self-awareness, and walk away with actionable insights and strategies. By guiding participants to come to their own conclusions, Jane fosters better buy-in for change, making the learning process more personal and impactful.
Jane has worked with organizations to develop programs, policies and protocols that foster inclusion and align with strategic goals. Her workshops and training sessions focus on key topics such as executive functioning, effective communication, self-esteem and motivation, and decision-making frameworks. As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified executive coach and a lifelong inclusion advocate for people with disabilities, Jane is passionate about helping organizations build environments that support diverse cognitive and emotional profiles. She holds a M.A. in Special Education from the College of William & Mary and a B.S. in Psychology and Communication Studies from James Madison University.
