Adult Neurodivergent Learning Lab
Program Format & Structure
The Adult Neurodivergent Learning Lab is a low-pressure, monthly neurodiversity-affirming learning experience designed for adults who want to understand how their brain works and build practical systems that genuinely support focus, productivity, communication, and well-being vs. just “coping.” This is also a great learning opportunity for parents, mentors and managers of neurodivergent individuals who are curious to learn how to be more supportive.
In this lab, you’ll explore how your unique brain works, learn strategies tailored to your brain needs, and connect with peers who are going through the same journey. Most importantly you’ll leave each session with clear next steps and return with real progress to build on.
Each session focuses on one pillar of neurodivergence, providing:
- A focused teaching on the month’s topic
- Real-world examples and relatable insights
- Actionable strategies you can start using right away
- Q&A, discussion and strategy sharing
Changing habits is easier with structure. With multiple sessions, you get ongoing accountability, reflection, and adjustment — making it far more likely your new strategies stick long term.

Annual Option (Best Value): Multiple sessions create space to uncover patterns and customize strategies that fit your unique cognitive style.
